Returns and Refunds Policy
Goods not required/ cancelled
You will need to return the item/s to us in an unused condition and with its original packaging to receive a full refund. The Return Postage is to be paid by the customer.
Goods damaged in transit
If the goods delivered has been damaged in transit you can return the goods within 7 days of receipt for replacement or a full refund. Any damages or shortages on a delivery must be reported WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY by TELEPHONE, no claims will be entertained after this time. Orders received after 4pm on a Friday can be reported by 12pm Monday. Any parcel received damaged must be signed for as 'damaged' with the courier or we cannot accept a courier fault claim.
Goods are defective
You have the right to return faulty goods for replacement or a full refund including postage.
If we send you any incorrect items immediately send the goods back to us and we will refund your credit / debit card and your postage.
Goods returned for any reason must be accompanied with all relevent documentation and reason for return.
