Return Policy

 

 

In the unlikely event you have to return an item being faulty or broken you can contact us either by e-mail or phone for a RMA number(return merchant number).  Any goods returned without an RMA will not be accepted and a refund will not be given.

You will have to include a copy of your original receipt, including a brief covering letter explaining why goods are being returned.

Any items returned must be carefully and securely packed so as to prevent damage during transit, a refund will not be given for damaged returned goods.
Postage must be paid by the customer unless the goods are faulty or damaged upon delivery. We will then email you with an option for a refund or replacement.

Any items returned due to wrong order a 10% handling charge is payable of the order.
ANY ITEMS TO BE RETURNED MUST BE DONE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
