Caravan Camping Supplies UK Delivery Information and Terms.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when completing the order form as we cannot be held responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address.

We aim to deliver within 2 to 7 working days of receipt of your order for stock items. You will be notified by email of any items that may exceed this delivery period.  In this instance, all items will be delivered together unless you notify us of any items you require without delay, which will incur an additional delivery charge.

If your order is despatched by courier you will be notified by email and a signature will be required upon delivery.  If  you are unavailable, the courier  will leave  a card  with contact  details  and  you can arrange another  delivery  or  collection  from  their  depot. If you don’t arrange delivery or collection within seven days your order will be returned to us and an additional charge will be administered for redelivery.

We may send some items via Royal Mail 1st class. Please allow 15 working days for delivery. In the unlikely event your order is not delivered within this time, please contact us to arrange a replacement/refund.
